Consumer disputes

The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was shut down on 20 July 2025, which is why no ODR link is provided any more. We prefer to resolve consumer disputes directly — please contact us first. We are not obliged to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board; participation is decided case by case.
