Privacy Policy

2. Data processed and purposes
- E-mail address and account ID — sign-in and account management (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Device attestation key and download quota — abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Location data — processed on the device for navigation; no continuous location history is sent to our servers.
- Community reports — the position and type you submit (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Push subscription and language tag — only if you granted permission (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Technical logs — security and troubleshooting (Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Recipients / processors
- Supabase (authentication, database, storage) — EU region
- Amazon Web Services / SES (transactional e-mail delivery)
- Cloudflare (map gateway, web hosting, abuse protection)
- OneSignal (push notification delivery)
- OpenStreetMap / Overpass infrastructure (map data queries)
4. International transfers
Providers are configured in EU regions wherever possible. Where a transfer outside the EU is unavoidable it takes place on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Account data is kept until the account is deleted. One-time codes expire within minutes. Technical logs are short-lived and deleted on a rolling basis.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Requests: privacy@rimedre.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna).
7. Advertising and marketing
Marketing notifications or e-mails are sent only with your explicit consent and every message offers a way to opt out. Transactional messages (sign-in codes, security alerts) are not covered by this.
